Service Description

1-on-1 Personal Session Trainer will assess your movement and fitness level, discuss history, and goal planning. 45 minute workout includes warm up, mobility & stability, strength & conditioning, and cool down stretches. Bring water, and please remove shoes before workout. Make sure to eat a small meal 1-2 hours prior to training. Lift weights to boost metabolism, burn fat, strengthen bones, build muscle, and move better! Make life easier as you become stronger and are able to move more easily with less pain. Increase your energy levels and mood, while also getting higher quality of sleep. Strength training has so many benefits that we are excited to share with you :) Let's get to work and have fun as we grow stronger and more physically fit!
