Service Description
Lift weights to boost metabolism, burn fat, strengthen bones, build muscle, and move better! Make life easier as you become stronger and are able to move more easily with less pain. Increase your energy levels and mood, while also getting higher quality of sleep. Strength training has so many benefits that we are excited to share with you :) 1 hour of Small Group Training includes warm up, strength and conditioning workout, and cool down. Bring water, and please remove shoes before workout. Remember to eat a small meal 1-2 hours prior to training. Let's get to work and have fun as we grow stronger and more physically fit! Class maximum is 4-6 clients. Aim for at least 3 sessions per week for best results.

Please cancel or reschedule no later than 12 hours prior to your scheduled session. We workout with no shoes. Bring water and a towel if you want!
