FOOD LABELS, SUGARS, & FIBER

This week Erick and I put a short video together for you! We briefly go over how easy tracking can be, how to read labels, and a few tips for calorie-friendly food choices.

CLICK HERE to access the video and attachments. Tracking your food is the only way to know what nutrients you are getting and how much of each. The numbers are specific to your metabolism and that is why it works. It also teaches you a lot about food so that eventually you learn how to manage it without having to track forever, as you see what is healthiest for you. When serious about a fitness goal, logging is the best way to see results while keeping consistent.


This week's topic shows easy ways to plan and build your meals (these are also great tips for when you are eating out at a restaurant).
